Am I required to order my bridal gown?

We offer off the rack purchases, as well as, ordering.  You may find your dream dress in our stock or samples and need to order a different size. If your gown is in stock with the vendor it only takes about a week to 10 days for it to arrive. If your dress is made to order most vendors require 4-6 months.

 Who do I bring to my bridal appointment?

We recommend being selective in your choices  Choose people who help you make a decision.  You want to keep things stress-free and too many opinions can make the process much more difficult.                                                                                                                                           

What should I wear to my appointment?
When selecting your outfit, remember you will have your picture taken once you have found your dream dress! We suggest you wear nude undergarments. Shapewear is a great idea - Underwear is REQUIRED when trying on our gowns. No heavy makeup or spray tans to insure the gowns remain white. Trying on several gowns is hard work so don't forget your deodorant. Please do not wear lotions or oils and no heavy perfumes.  No jewelry that can snag the delicate lace on a gown or veil.

Do you offer gift cards?

  • We do! Our gift cards can be purchased in store or online. 

How do I apply a promo code or discount when placing an online order?

  • Easy, at checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the box labeled "gift card" or "discount code"

Do you give refunds?

  • We offer in store credit and exchanges. Bought the wrong size? Bought a gift the receiver already has? You may be eligible for an exchange per pre-approval. In store credit is offered for all pieces in store, please read our "returns and exchanges" tab on our homepage for more info. 

What if I received a damaged item? 

  • Please email info@shopdandelyons.com or message our socials within TWO DAYS of receiving your item with pictures of damage.
