Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We hope you love all your purchases from Dandelyons. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.
- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only
- If items returned are not in the condition in which they were sent, customers will receive store credit minus the charge for repair of the item.
- Sale/Clearance items are NOT returnable. They are final sale.
- All jewelry items are NOT returnable.
- Shipping charges, original & return, are the customer's responsibility.
- Please include packing slip shipped with package.
Return Instructions via Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, no return authorization needed, ship your item(s) to:

When returning shoes, DO NOT put the shipping label on the manufacturer's box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a polymailer (shipping bag) or other shipping box to protect the items from transport damage. Shoes returned to our store missing the box or with a shipping label directly on the shoe box will result in a 35% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Damaged Items
Damaged items MUST be reported within two days of receiving your order. Failing to report after the extended two days will result in being final sale.
